Description

Kendall Fl Auto is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in South Florida and premier employer in Miami. We are looking for a Cash Management Specialist to join the accounting team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Daily reconciliation of banking transactions to general ledger.

• Follow up with accounting teams on posting differences.

• Positive pay exception review.

• Monthly summary bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred

• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

• Intermediate user of Excel

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
