Dealership questions

Do I need an appointment for a test drive?

No. Come by during opening hours with a valid driver license. If you call ahead, we will have the vehicle ready for you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, for dealership vehicles. Estimate your payment with the calculator on the Financing page and send a pre-approval request. We will call you to go over your options.

What is included in the price?

Prices exclude tax, tag, title and dealer fees. We walk you through every amount before you sign.

Can I trade in my current vehicle?

Yes. Send us the details on the Sell / Trade page, or bring the vehicle in. Any offer is subject to an in-person inspection.

Can I sell my car without buying one from you?

Yes. We can buy it outright, or you can consign it to the auction and let the bidders set the price.

What do I need to bring to buy a car?

A valid driver license, proof of insurance and your payment or financing details. If you are trading a vehicle in, bring its title and registration.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Ask us before you visit. The price stays in US dollars, and payment addresses are only given in person at the dealership.

Bidding

Auction questions

How the auction works
Who can bid?

The auction is open to the public and licensed dealers. Every bidder needs to register and show a valid photo ID before bidding.

Can I test drive an auction vehicle?

Auction vehicles are not test driven. You can inspect them at the preview: look them over, check the interior, and see the condition report for whether each one runs and drives.

What does "as-is, where-is" mean?

The vehicle is sold in its current condition with no warranty or guarantee, and the buyer is responsible for removing it from the lot. That is why we encourage everyone to attend the preview.

What is the difference between clean, rebuilt and salvage titles?

A clean title has no total-loss history. A rebuilt title means the vehicle was once declared a total loss, then repaired and inspected for road use. A salvage title means it has been declared a total loss and cannot be registered for the road until it is repaired and inspected.

Can I finance an auction vehicle?

Auction purchases are paid in full after the sale. If you need financing, take a look at our dealership inventory and financing options.

Can I bid online or by phone?

Bidding takes place in person at our lot. If you cannot attend, call us before sale day and we will explain your options.
