Appointment Receptionist

Kendall Fl Auto is one of the largest family-owned and operated dealership groups in Greater Houston and a premier employer in Houston. We are currently looking for Remote Appointment Receptionists to join our Client Care team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Texas. Our Customer Care Center is a fast-paced, professional team that supports Kendall dealerships across the country, including Houston.

Kendall offers competitive wages and a positive work-life balance, with no commute. This position focuses on making outbound calls to existing customers — no sales or cold calling is involved. Our Client Care team is dedicated to education, support, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work from home with company equipment, paid virtual training, and a supportive team that stays connected through chat, phone and video throughout the day.

Duties for this position include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with each client interaction
• Identifying customer vehicle service needs by asking appropriate questions and reviewing service history
• Scheduling service appointments for Kendall dealerships across multiple states
• Accurately maintaining customer and vehicle information in online software systems
• Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers via phone, email and team chat

Working conditions: remote, from a home office, with the majority of the shift spent working on a computer and phone or headset.

This position starts at $17.00 per hour. The required schedule may include evenings and a rotating Saturday shift (Central Time).
