Automotive Line Technician / Mechanic

Service Technicians Needed!Honda, Toyota, Subaru – MiamiASK ABOUT OUR SIGN ON BONUS.

SO…why consider moving to Miami? It’s known as the Magic City! A place where summer never really ends. A place where the sign, “Gone Fishing” actually means something, from the Keys to the Everglades. A place with sunshine almost every day of the year and no state income tax. A place where you can spend the weekend on the beach, out on the boat, or exploring Key Biscayne. And last, but certainly not least…Fishing. Florida has lots and lots of fishing. “Nuff said!”

OK…the nitty-gritty: I’m not going to get too overly specific on location just yet. Let’s just say I’m looking for experienced auto technicians that want to get out of the hustle-and-bustle of whatever metro area you are currently living in, and move to sunny, beach-loving, boat-friendly South Florida. YOU are my target audience!

So, now that I have your attention, here is what I’m offering:

• A Generous Sign on Bonus to help you move your very robust collection of tools, fishing gear, beach gear, etc.
• 17 Days Paid Time Off given to Master Certified Honda, Toyota and Subaru Techs on Day 1!
• All techs start earning Paid Sick Leave on Day 1!
• An honest flat rate salary of roughly $30-47 per flat rate hour…depending on experience, certifications, etc.
• Monthly efficiency Bonus and yearly production Bonuses.
• Medical, dental, and vision plan options.
• Paid holiday/time off. Because of all that sunshine, you’re gunna want to be there! (plus, that’s where the beaches are)
• A 401(k)-retirement plan…because once you live here, you’re going to want to retire here.
• And the list goes on…

Ready to call yourself a Floridian? Look, I’m not going to say Miami is all palm trees and ocean breezes. After all, it does get hot here, and hurricane season is real. But in all seriousness, this is a golden opportunity for the right person. AND, if you are the right person, I want to help make this happen for you. If you’re looking for a rewarding career, we would like to meet you and start something great!
