Automotive Sales Support Representative

Kendall FL Auto is an automotive company based in Kendall, Florida, seeking a Remote Automotive Sales Support Representative to help coordinate customer requests, sales orders, documentation, and payment-related records.

You'll play an important role in keeping sales activity organized and helping internal teams stay informed throughout the order process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer communication and sales-related follow-ups.
• Track orders from the initial request until the process is complete.
• Maintain accurate customer files and transaction documentation.
• Monitor payment information and report discrepancies that require attention.
• Coordinate with finance personnel to verify invoice details and maintain updated records.
• Communicate internally to help prevent delays and keep order information current.

Compensation Structure

$2,000–$4,000 per month, based on deliverables. Compensation is performance-based.

Position Details

• Work remotely from an appropriate location.
• Schedule work Monday through Friday.
• Arrange working hours flexibly between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

This position does not require cold calling.
