BDC Dealership Agent

Kendall Fl Auto is seeking a skilled Remote BDC Dealership Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer communications for Kendall dealerships. This is a fully remote position. The role calls for excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience handling customer inquiries, setting appointments and supporting dealership operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a BDC role or a similar customer service or appointment-setting position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Experience with dealership CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while keeping conversations natural
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when required

Compensation:

This position starts at $18.00/hour depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses of $300-$1,000 for appointments that show. Total compensation typically ranges from $37,440 to $49,000 per year.
