Remote Sales Coordinator

Kendall FL Auto is an automotive company based in Kendall, Florida.

We are looking for a Remote Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with customer communication, order processing, record keeping, and internal coordination.

This is a performance-based remote position with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Process and track sales orders from the initial request through completion.

Client Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and follow up when additional information is required.

Sales Records: Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and update sales activity records and reports.

Team Support: Assist the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and other sales-related tasks.

Internal Coordination: Work with finance, service, and other departments when additional action is required to complete a sale.

Transaction Follow-Up: Track open transactions and make sure required steps and documentation are completed.

Administrative Support: Keep assigned tasks organized and provide status updates when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools.

Ability to manage several tasks and follow-ups at the same time.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Ability to work independently and follow company procedures.

Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Customer service, sales, administrative, or call center experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with task- and transaction-related compensation.

Payment is issued for completed work after the assigned task or transaction has been reviewed and approved according to company requirements.

Compensation details are provided in writing and may vary depending on the type of work, scope of responsibility, and completed results.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and completed work.

Workdays: Monday through Friday
