Kendall FL Auto is an automotive company based in Kendall, Florida. We are looking for a Remote Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with customer communication, order processing, record keeping, and internal coordination.

This is a performance-based remote position with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track sales orders from the initial request through completion.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Track and record payment details, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track invoices and maintain payment records.
• No cold calls.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks and follow-ups at the same time.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently and follow company procedures.
• Customer service, sales, administrative, or call center experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$2,000–$4,000 per month, depending on deliverables.

Schedule

• Work Location: Fully remote
• Workdays: Monday through Friday
• Working Hours: Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time
