Sales & Customer Relations Specialist

Kendall FL Auto, an automotive company based in Kendall, Florida, is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to help manage customer inquiries, coordinate sales activity, and keep orders moving smoothly from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, staying organized, and helping a sales team operate efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers and assist with sales-related inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate orders and monitor their progress through completion.
• Maintain organized customer records, sales documents, and transaction information.
• Review payment records and help identify or resolve discrepancies.
• Work alongside the finance team to keep invoice and payment information updated.
• Assist with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and keep track of multiple follow-ups.
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or a call center is welcome but not required.

Compensation

$2,000–$4,000 per month, depending on deliverables. This is a performance-based position.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Monday through Friday
• Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time
