Sales & Order Management Associate – Warm Leads Only

Kendall FL Auto, an automotive company in Kendall, Florida, is hiring a Sales & Order Management Associate to help oversee order coordination, maintain accurate records, and support the administrative side of our sales process.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and can keep multiple tasks moving without constant supervision.

Key Duties

• Manage order records and monitor progress from submission through completion.

• Follow up on outstanding information needed to process sales orders.

• Organize digital documentation and ensure records remain current.

• Maintain payment logs and investigate discrepancies when they arise.

• Support invoice tracking and payment reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.

• Provide administrative assistance to keep sales operations running smoothly.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail when handling records and payment information.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.

• Stable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

• Experience in sales support, customer service, office administration, or call center work is beneficial but not mandatory.

Monthly Compensation

$2,000–$4,000, depending on deliverables. This is a performance-based opportunity.

Schedule

• Work arrangement: Fully remote

• Days: Monday through Friday

• Available scheduling window: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
