Vehicle Acquisition Sales Specialist

The Remote Vehicle Acquisitions Assistant will:

• Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls from a home office, consistent with company standards.
• Write professional email and text responses with proper grammar and accurate spelling.
• Educate customers about our mobile appraisal service and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with our mobile appraisers and dealership teams by phone, chat and video in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks in our online systems.
• Use multiple web-based applications, CRM tools and calendars to manage daily work and appointments.
• Find and reach out to private party sellers through online marketplaces and other platforms.
• Work independently and stay productive without on-site supervision.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for this position:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Works well as part of a remote team and stays connected through chat, phone and video.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, email and web-based applications.
• Strong self-organization and time management to finish required tasks on time and in the right order.
• Can process a high volume of detailed information while juggling incoming calls and messages.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Call center or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required.

If you are a consistent performer who prefers steady pay over a full-commission position, this may be the opportunity for you! We offer competitive pay with a range of $35,360-$47,340/annually. This position starts at $17.00/hour plus monthly bonuses of $300-$1,200/month. You will need to be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and some evenings (Central Time).
