How it works
Buying
Register
Send us the registration request below, then complete check-in at the office with a valid photo ID to get your bidder number.
Preview the vehicles
Inspect the lots in person before the sale. Bring a mechanic if you like.
Bid
Vehicles cross the block in lot order. Raise your bidder number; the highest bid when the hammer falls wins.
Pay and collect
Settle your invoice at the office, pick up your paperwork, and drive or tow your vehicle home.
Selling
Tell us about your vehicle
Use the consignment form or call us with the year, make, model and mileage.
Drop it off
Bring the vehicle and title to the lot. We assign a lot number and add it to the run list.
Set your reserve
Agree a minimum price with us, or sell with no reserve to attract the most bidders.
Get paid
Once the buyer has paid, we send your proceeds less the agreed seller fee.

Buyer fees
A buyer fee is added to the winning bid, along with sales tax, tag and title.

What to bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Dealer license, if you are bidding as a dealer
- Your method of payment — ask the office which forms are accepted
- A plan to move the vehicle: some lots must be towed
All auction vehicles are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty. All sales are final once the hammer falls.

Auction questions
Who can bid?
The auction is open to the public and licensed dealers. Every bidder needs to register and show a valid photo ID before bidding.
Can I test drive an auction vehicle?
Auction vehicles are not test driven. You can inspect them at the preview: look them over, check the interior, and see the condition report for whether each one runs and drives.
What does "as-is, where-is" mean?
The vehicle is sold in its current condition with no warranty or guarantee, and the buyer is responsible for removing it from the lot. That is why we encourage everyone to attend the preview.
What is the difference between clean, rebuilt and salvage titles?
A clean title has no total-loss history. A rebuilt title means the vehicle was once declared a total loss, then repaired and inspected for road use. A salvage title means it has been declared a total loss and cannot be registered for the road until it is repaired and inspected.
Can I finance an auction vehicle?
Auction purchases are paid in full after the sale. If you need financing, take a look at our dealership inventory and financing options.
Can I bid online or by phone?
Bidding takes place in person at our lot. If you cannot attend, call us before sale day and we will explain your options.
